Strategic Telecom proudly offers a warranty on all items we sell.  Our standard warranty is 90 days and we offer a like replacement or a credit return if no like replacement can be provided.  If you need to process a return (RMA), please simply contact your sales representative or email our sales group ([email protected]) with the Purchase Order number, Part Number, Serial Number, and reason for requesting an RMA.
